Guernsey

Today's breakfast was a continental breakfast at our new hotel, St George's, which is located on the Esplanade at St Peter Port.
In the light of day, the walk into town was quite enjoyable, taking in the sights of the port along the way.

We stopped off at the Visitors Information Centre, where a lavish array of tasty cakes and slices was set up, for anyone wanting tea, coffee and some goodies. What a lovely idea.
The weather alternated between showers and sunny intervals as we walked further around the waterfront to the Guernsey Aquarium, passing swimming pools down below on the rocks.
